La Spiaggia Cala Fico si trova nella località omonima sul versante nord occidentale dell'Isola di San Pietro, a nord di Capo Sandalo e il suo il faro, il più occidentale d'Italia. Si tratta di una suggestiva cala dall'arenile roccioso e stretto incastonata in una magnifica insenatura profonda come un fiordo, delimitata da scogliere rocciose a strapiombo sul mare e caratterizzata da un'atmosfera selvaggia ed incontaminata. Il mare è azzurro e limpido, con fondali per lo più sassosi. L'arenile di grossi ciottoli è orlato da verde vegetazione e circondato da una oasi naturale protetta.
