            On the right all that's left of Palatine Buildings (built in three sections between 1837 and 1845) - to the left is the rear of Chetham's Library - I've read that the intention is to open up parts of the medieval city that lie behind where Palatine Buildings stood - Victoria St., Manchester 5-12-16
