Ford Model A

            The Ford Model A of 1927–1932 (also colloquially called the A-Model Ford or the A) was the second huge success for the Ford Motor Company, after its predecessor, the Model T. This new Model A (a previous model had used the Model A name back in 1903–1904) was designated as a 1927/1928 model and was available in four standard colors. First produced in October 1927. When production ended in March 1932 there were 4,849,340 A's made. 

Het Ford Model A van 1927 tot 1932, vaak ook A-Model Ford of de A genoemd, was de tweede grote succes voor de Ford Motor Company, na zijn voorganger, de Model T.
Dit nieuwe model A, er was ook een Ford Model A in de periode 1903 tot 1904, werd aangeduid als het 1927/1928 model en was verkrijgbaar in vier standaard kleuren.
Van oktober 1927 tot maart 1932 zijn er totaal 4.849.340 A's geproduceerd.

Van 1906 tot 1951 werden de kentekenplaten (nummerplaten) van auto’s door de provincies uitgegeven en aan de letters na de cijfers kon worden gezien uit welke provincie een auto afkomstig was. Na de cijfers komt  hier “GG” van de provincie Noord-Holland.
