Toei 1 - a photo on Flickriver

Toei 1

            700C, 7-4-7 tubing. The chrome isn't exactly what I expected (I modeled it on a 60's Herse I admired; the fork crown and fork ends were supposed to be chrome in addition to the entire head tube) but I like it nonetheless! This one is being built with semi-modern components (Campagnolo 9-speed) and is intended for 23-26 mm tires.
