            God's decree is engraved by hand on tablets of stone "Mizi Achmer" cut from the area of an ancient stone quarry in Jerusalem, attested to by the Israel Antiquities Authority.
Written in Hebrew, the Ten Commandments memorializes God's covenant with the People of Israel, setting forth standards of human righteousness and laws that form the cornerstone of stable, prosperous and peaceful nations.
The stones are well bedded limestone and dolomite, believed to be of the same variety as the stones of the Kotel, The Western Wall.
Each Holy Jerusalem Stone tablet owns biblical heritage and essence, part of the very foundations of the Eternal City of Jerusalem, and represents the bedrock of the Jewish and Christian faiths which has guided and enlightened the people and nations of the world from age to age.
