Comet Falls Blue and Green - a photo on Flickriver

            Comet Falls, where Van Trump Creek plunges 380 feet over a series of steep cliffs, is on the lush southwestern slopes of Mt. Rainier, in Mount Rainier National Park.  A little wide-angle long-exposure work while standing in the middle of the creek at the base of the falls, as the last bits of morning mist disappear from above the distant treetops, revealing a deep-blue high Cascade sky.
