            Madeira is famous for lots of lovely walks, ranging from easy to difficult. You can book walks along the levadas with a guide. The scenery is spectacular, but the difficult ones sometimes go along narrow paths with sheer drops. Not for the fainthearted. That includes me, with my fear of heights.....
