Metra F-40 2011 snow storm Elgin IL,refueling 60 mph winds ,

            With winds blowing near 60 mph it made things unbearable to work and try to refuel .The fuel caps were frozen couldn't throw switches .This view shows the Metra engine watchmen trying to fuel with winds blowing in his face at 60 mph during the 2011 snow storm
