Brooks Cambium C17 Carved - a photo on Flickriver

            A week commuting on my new C17 comes to an end riding singletrack in torrential rain.

Initial impressions: 
- Felt quite hard under my sit bones initially (don't use a chamois) but I'm only noticing that now when I shift to the very back of the saddle. 
- I like the bouncy bit in the middle below my perineum. Flexes a lot down there. 
- Similar shape and contour to my beloved Flites but not surprisingly feels wider at the back. 
- I can feel the "wings" touching the join between my ass and leg on the downstroke. Hope that doesn't lead to discomfort on longer rides. 
- I was worried the cotton would be too "grippy" but it's easy to slide forward & aft.  
- It looks fantastic on a Trucker!
