Mice To Meet Ya... Welcome To The Neighborhood!

            Having heard there was a new neighbor, Mr. Fowler decided 
to stop by to introduce himself.

"Yeah..." said the new neighbor...
"I'm Owl Capone.  It's mice to meet you.
This is... was... Julius Cheeser.
He thought he could play Hide-N-Squeak from me; 
but I whacked him, see...
His friends tried to revive him. 
Ya know, givin' him that mouse-to-mouse resuscitation;
but I nabbed the little rat fink.
Now I think I'll be having a mouse-warming party for myself. 
Why don't you join me?
 I'owl be serving fresh mice-cream, and it'll be a hoot!"
