Captivated blur

He came out of nowhere. The tripod was out of reach and he was exactly where he needed to be. In front of the steps, in line with the door. The shutter clicked and followed him for what seemed like eternity. It was 1/4th of a second. The effect that came out at the end was pretty interesting, even though it was blurred.
