Phoenix, AZ Park Central Mall - old JC Penney

            The Park Central Mall was constructed in 1957 as the first suburban shopping mall in Phoenix. This was originally a JC Penney added to the mall in the 1960s. After the mall started to founder in the late 1980s, the department stores started to close. JC Penney closed in the early 1990s. The building has been adaptively reused into office space for the UnitedHealth Group.
