Beauty and the Bridge - a photo on Flickriver

The Bay Bridge along the Embarcadero in San Francisco is one of the classical Bay Area cityscapes that I've shot multiple, but surprisingly this was the first time I've ever shot it at sunrise.

We have had a very lackluster summer for sunrises and sunsets, so having a forecast of sunrise clouds gave me some hope this morning. Arriving at the Embarcadero in the dark early morning I was just starting to see the first set of clouds on the west that slowly moved their way over the San Francisco Bay to the Bay Bridge on this monday morning creating a true vision of beauty... what a sight for sore eyes.
