Ruca was rescued from OCAS after she was literally pulled from the euthanasia room by a volunteer.

Ruca has all the makings of your next best friend. Ruca is a 4-year old Chocolate Labrador-mix weighing in around 56 lbs. She was rescued from OCAC where she was a staff favorite.

She is receiving excellent training at her foster home. She is house broken, crate trained, isn't allowed on the couch or bed, trained not to enter certain rooms of the house, and walks well on the leash when not overly stimulated. She's very energetic and enthusiastic. A good leader can make her into the best dog.

This girl is a gorgeous bundle of fun and energy and would be perfect for someone that runs or bikes and wants a buddy to tag along! She is so loving and desires a little loving guidance. Who could resist those sweet eyes?
