Stir Fried Shrimp Scampi Pasta

Recipe:

Spaghetti
2tbsp Butter
2tbsp Minced Garlic
3tbsp Lemon Juice
3tbsp White Wine (dry)
1/2 tsp chicken stock granules
10 Large Peeled Shrimps
Parsley flakes
Crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and Black pepper

(For the prawns, after cleaning, split the prawn halfway down the middle of the prawn to get a butterfly effect - as pictured)

Method:

Cook spaghetti to your own liking. Drain water.

Next,

1. Melt butter in pan. Once completely melted, add minced garlic, some parsley flakes and crushed red chili flakes. Stir fry until fragrant.
2. Add lemon juice and white whie followed by chicken stock granules.
3. Cook the prawns. At this stage, if sauce is a little dry, add some water.
4. Put in the drained spaghetti and stir fry it.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve it on a nice dinner plate to complete the experience!

Alternative to water, you could add full cream to make this dish into Cream Shrimp Scampi Pasta
