            Feb 12 2017 [Challenge] Pedestrians trudge along the snowy sidewalk while a snow storm descends over the city.. this guy walking up Langelier boulevard makes his way as snow swirls all around him.. we're at the height of winter.. mid February, cold temperatures, snow falling.. looks like an ice planet out there.. oddly beautiful but nearing the point where we wish it would all go away..
