I think I broke my back while taking this. I now have the mobility of an old woman, but more on that later.

Because I slept in yesterday afternoon I didn't get to sleep last night until almost 4am. In the intervening time period the American was proclaiming his love for me. He told me to go on myspace because he had something really important to show me: this. He thought I'd like it. I didn't. I didn't even know he had it. I wonder if I'm being selfish trying to be friends with him. He doesn't really get the friend aspect of it. It's just causing him pain & confusion.

I slept in until 2pm. I was so mad at my brother for not waking me & letting me fall behind on my revision schedule. That's what late nights do to you.

So I started revising. Made my brother revise. Got confused about the times he's supposed to be revising & let him finish an hour early. He knew the whole time the cheeky thing & when I realised an hour and 20 minutes later he just burst out laughing. I made him do an extra hour of revision in the evening. I carried on revising. Got upset about something. Got on with work. Made dinner for my brother. Made dinner for myself. You know, all pretty routine stuff.

Then I decided that I was going to take my 365 before 9pm, eg. before either ANTM or 90210 started. I was originally just going to go on the stairs with a sheet & make it up as I went along, but the key thing here was that I was going to be sitting the right way up. I randomly decided though that I wanted to look like I'd been pushed down the stairs & then hastily covered up with a sheet. Problem was, I needed my brother to help me.

I fell down the stairs at least twice during this. I had to take the shirt I was wearing off because otherwise it showed, but then my brother started complaining that he could see more than he wanted to through the sheet. I kept asking him to help me as I fell but he was more interested in playing with the cats as they came over to watch whatever I was doing. I think I have severe carpet burn. My brother had an idea of adding a knife (as in stabbed in the back kinda thing) so we tried that a few times. I was so freaked because I couldn't see any of the knives (we were using two) but I knew one of them was quite close to my head.

I know a major bit of 365 is that you have to press the button yourself, but there was no way I could do this with my 10 second self-timer. So that's why my brother was there. I would count down then he'd press the button & the timer would come on. Then the photo. Woo.

It all took longer than 20 minutes (that's all I thought it would take) & the whole time my butt & lower back were securing me onto the steps. That's why I'm in agony. My back clicks all over when I move, & I can't even bend to touch my knees. It doesn't help that I already had a back problem to start with. The most annoying thing is that this was like the 5th photo I took. If I'd just stopped then I don't think it would hurt so much.

Anyway. I like it. I know it's a late upload, but I think it was worth it. I wish I hadn't had to crop it so much, but the background was too distracting.

& now I'm going to try & make toast, but in my current state it will probably take me about 20 minutes to reach the kitchen . . .

PS: Over 5000 views today =) In three months! Yeah, I know views aren't important, but it took me a lot longer to get 5000 views on my myspace account.
