it is not possible

i took this snapshot while a security guard advised me that "it is not possible" to take pictures, by tapping on my elbow and causing me to get this misaligned photo. it was a chaotic check-in process. Hundreds of passengers in a long queue. That were then supposed to print out their own boarding cards at a kiosk. And then went to the counter to check in the luggage. Despite the fact that they wanted to charge me 90 euro for overweight, forgot my entire row when serving refreshments... it was uneventful. I wonder if those boarding card kiosks save costs. Obviously this is one of the cost-cutting ploys they've come up with. Outsource to the passenger.
