Yesterday was said to be a day in Hong Kong soccer history, when Hong Kong won over Japan on penalties to win the Gold Medal in the East Asian Games. I didn't have a ticket and could only watch live broadcast at home (ironically, there are empty seats in the stadium - it was said to be a sold-out game). Yeah I did shout around at home at every exciting moment, yeah they do win in an international tournament; but don't miss the fact - I could just say this is just a so-called international tournament. Right, Hong Kong do beat Koreas and Japan, who are all finalists in the next World Cup, but they just send their youngsters here. Also, strong teams in the West Asia are not here. So after all, even it is still excited to see Hong Kong standing on the top of the ladder, it's still early to sell it so high.
