Beautiful big fresh John Dory ready for the oven

            My dinner last night! This fish was just over 1kg, baked in a covered dish with some celery and lemon, some slivers of elephant garlic, a couple of other veg, loads of good olive oil, and seasoning. 

Seriously delicious - for me food doesn't get much better.

The fish was bought at St George's Friday Market in Belfast (I nip out of work at lunchtime). Ultra fresh as can be seen from the eye.

I have been busy recently and haven't been taking pictures so dinner pictures seem to be the only thing I have to post at the momment!

I will catch up as best i can with contacts streams over the weekend.
