            Children in English class in the tiny village of Kampong Phluk, southeast of Siem Reap, Cambodia, on the fringes of Tonle Sap Lake.  Becoming functional in English and working the tourist trade is one of the few ways of rising above the poverty in their hardscrabble existence.
