This cat is kookers - a photo on Flickriver

In my office we have what we fondly refer to as The Wall of Plants between me and my co-worker, so we can each have the feeling of the other not over their shoulder. My part of the wall really needed a norfolk island pine (I had decided last august), which have obviously gone ferociously out of style as i could not find one for sale in all of SLO county for months.

Finally today I found one and it was a beaut. Perfect size, perfectly green and soft and norfolky islandy.

This called for a photo. Perhaps a 52-week photo? I considered it. And wait! There's my cat, hanging out with me; I should include him in the photo, as well. Two things I love: the new norfolk island and Chapin the wonder Siamese.

Chapin, he didn't share my enthusiasm and proceeded a series of straight-arm/paw acrobatics to get out of my clutches.

He was successful.
