Tower Bridge and the Blood stained fields and seas of red - Poppies - Poppy display at Tower of London

            Sunrise at the Tower of London. 
100 Years after World War One 888 246 poppies were installed at the Tower of London (built in 1066) to symbolise the Blood swept lands and seas of red. One poppy for every British life lost in that war. 
 In total (civilians and military) there were 37million casualties in WW1 which makes it the deadliest human conflict ever - a record I hope is never broken.
