High-Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion of the Cervix

Exocervix, from the LEEP specimen of an 18-year-old woman who showed LSIL on ThinPrep, and HSIL (CIN2) on colposcopic biopsy. I would call this CIN2 (moderate dysplasia) but wouldn't argue with anyone calling it CIN3 (severe dyslasia).

To compare with the normal appearance of squamous epithelium, see image from a normal area of the same patient's specimen.
