Sinfonía en frío

            He aquí un instrumento que reparte sabores, destila aromas, esparce luces doradas y espumas desbordantes y, sobre todo, hace añicos la sed más ardient: la Máquina de la cerveza de barril, la famosa "caña".
La palabra clave que empieza la sinfonía es "una caña, por favor". Cada local tiene su marca, aunque con frecuencia con dos o tres variedades.
Para los guiris, una clave importante: la máquina debe estar tan fría que rezume gotas de agua por toda su superficie.
Esta Máquina de Cañas en concreto tiene una épica de oasis en el desierto: es la del famoso "Hostal de la Trucha", en el Maqestrazgo, entre los Órganos de Montoro y Villarluengo.
