Little Moreton Hall, Congleton, Cheshire 29/08/2014

            Little Moreton Hall is a half timbered Tudor moated manor house in the care of the National Trust.

Construction of this Grade I listed building was started by Sir Richard de Moreton around 1450, with building work continuing until abour 1580. The Moreton family owned the hall for the next five centuries.
