Ebreuil est une paisible commune de 1 300 habitants nichée au coeur de l'Allier dans un écrin de verdure. La Sioule offre un cadre privilégié pour les amateurs de sports aquatiques (canoë-kayak, pêche), tandis que les chemins sont propices à la randonnée et aux balades à vélo, à cheval ou à quad. La ville baigne dans la tranquillité mais n'en reste pas moins dynamique. Au Moyen-Age, Ebreuil s'est étendue suite à la création d'une abbaye. Quand au bourg, il a préservé son cachet et son pittoresque avec sa halle aux marchands du 18ème siècle. 

D'un point de vue économique, la commune possède sa propre zone d'activité et de nombreux commerçants s'y sont installés. Du fleuriste au boulanger en passant par le boucher, le garagiste ou le buraliste, tous les commerces de proximité sont implantés en ville. Ebreuil c'est également une supérette, une station essence, un magasin de bricolage, mais également une école, un bureau de poste, des infrastructures sportives, socio-éducatives et culturelles, des espaces de jeux ouverts. Ebreuil is a peaceful municipality of 1 300 inhabitants nested in the heart of Allier in a green setting. Sioule offers a frame(executive) privileged for the amateurs of aquatic sports (canoeing, peach(fishing)), whereas roads are convenient to the hike(ride) and to the bike rides, on horseback(by horse) or to the quad bike. The city soaks in the tranquillity but remains not less dynamic there. In the Middle Ages, Ebreuil extended further to the creation of an abbey. When in the village, he(it) protected his(its) stamp(tablet) and picturesque sound with his(its) hall(market) to the traders of the 18th century.

From an economic point of view, the municipality possesses its own zone of activity and numerous storekeepers settled down there. From the florist to the baker by way of the butcher, the garage owner or the tobacconist, all the convenience stores are implanted in town. Ebreuil it is also a minimarket, a gas station, a DIY store, but also a school, a post office, sports, socio-educational and cultural infrastructures, opened play areas.
