28/365 – Man Kitchen - a photo on Flickriver

            Day 28 of the 365 Journey.  Ever tried a new recipe that just didn’t come out the way you intended? Maybe you added a little too much flour, or perhaps added baking soda instead of baking powder? That’s ok right? Did you know that you can actually substitute Mace for Nutmeg? They actually derive from the same plant. Just don’t try adding garlic instead of chocolate chips….BLAH!
