The Beauty of Trees - a photo on Flickriver

            This is my entry for 52 in 2016 22 # Tree(s)
I decided that I wanted to choose a tree without leaves to show the beauty of the shape of an unspoilt tree, one of the few around here that hasn't lost a branch or two or more. 
(People intent on health and safety in England chop off branches and cut down trees in case they might fall on someone, even to my dismay in places like Kew Gardens which were originally opened to the public for the enjoyment of trees. To me it is a bit like taking the sea away from a beach in case someone might drown in it, I'm sure they would if it were possible.......)
So here we have a glimpse of the old England which once had an abundance of such ancient and beautiful oaks.
