A lo Bogart- Explore 06-02-15 - a photo on Flickriver

            Porque, ya se sabe "siempre nos quedará París"...
El Pont Neuf( Puente nuevo ) es el más antiguo puente sobre el rio Sena, en París,  a pesar de su nombre. Enrique III puso la piedra primera y se concluyó durante el reinado de Enrique IV en el 1607. Cruzar el Sena   por este puente era un tanto riesgoso aún antes de ser concluido. Pandillas de ladrones se escondían por los alrededores y  robaban a los transeúntes , también hubo asesinatos y durante mucho tiempo, este puente, tuvo su propia horca. Esto no era un inconveniente para que la gente concurriese al puente atraída por comerciantes , artistas callejeros, charlatanes, curanderos , estafadores y prostitutas. Lentamente  se fueron produciendo cambios y el 1840 se puede decir que se comenzó  a usar el puente para los fines que fue construido.
