Kite Buggy on the beach near Morro Rock, Morro Bay, CA 27nov2007 Tues. 27 Nov. 2007 - Photo by Mike Baird, Canon 1D Mark III with 600mm f/4 IS lens on tripod bairdphotos.com flickr.bairdphotos.com photomorrobay.com morro-bay.com Wiki says "A kite buggy is a light, purpose-built vehicle powered by a traction kite (power kite). It is single-seated and has one steerable front wheel and two fixed rear wheels. The driver sits in the seat located in the middle of the vehicle and accelerates and slows down by applying steering manoeuvres in coordination with flying manoeuvres of the kite. This activity is called kite buggying." Fellow photographer John Pelafigue of myfotos.ws/ was visiting with me today while I was taking this shot. We had only met before online via our photomorrobay Yahoo! Group at photomorrobay.com or tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/photomorrobay/
