[18/365]

            Earlier this week, I made these turkey meatballs that I've made a million times, but I used chickpea crumbs instead of GF bread crumbs. 

Well...they were SUCH a huge fail, hahaha. It's very rare that I've made something that's really inedible, and I tried REALLY hard to figure out how to reheat these so they wouldn't be rock hard, and it just wasn't happening.

So - Friday night called for a re-do, with normal GF breadcrumbs (that Target just started carrying!) and they were SO much better. Confidence restored! Haha.
