For ISO757 Challenge Round 5 - Creative Self-Portrait

My ten-foot remote shutter release cord came today via UPS, and after work, I messed around trying to get a shallow DoF self-portrait.

You'll notice that the shutter release isn't in either hand, so how did I get it to fire? I took off my shoe, put my hand in front of my face, half-pressed the release with my big toe to get the right focus, recomposed my hands, then pressed the release all the way in with my big toe to take the shot.
