Sulky Creek, Taylorville, West Coast

            Sulky Creek was the site of intense activity by Chinese miners in the early 1900's
The shallow earth dam that forms this small forest lake was built by them over 100 years ago. A flattened clearing not far  upstream was most likely the site of their huts.
