Now what, Citibike? - a photo on Flickriver

            This happens far too often when returning a bike.  Red, Yellow or in this case Red+Yellow lights.  What does that mean?  The station won't let me check out another bike and the website says the trip is still open.  Sometimes when I check half an hour later it is finally closed, but other times I have to call to have them manually close out the trip.
