Lemon Curd, Chocolate Mint salad & Honey Cress

            Fruit curd is a dessert spread from the late 19th and early 20th century England. Usually made with lemon or orange. 

The ingredients are gently cooked together until thick and then allowed to cool, forming a soft, smooth, intensely-flavored spread. 

Honny Cress is a honey sweet cress and the long-awaited addition to the limited choice of natural sweeteners. The leaves have an intense sweet flavour that results in a clean after taste.
