            Dans la brasserie historique de l'abbaye de Le-Cateau: Cette machine sert à sécher le grain germé [malt]. Les anciens faisaient pareil dans leur arrière cour pour leur production personnelle mais dans une batteuse qui ressemble un peu à nos machine à laver :-))
