ANOTHER FLICKR BUG.: many people who normally post photos with the full EXIF data (including me) are finding that it's missing. And not just from recent posts, but also earlier ones which used to have the data. There's a help forum thread on the issue:

If you look at the end of page 1 of this thread there is a comment by a staffer saying that the matter is under investigation.

UPDATE: Yahoo Customer Care has just replied to my email on the subject; if there ACTUALLY is a flickr investigation going on about this issue they do not seem to be aware of it. They have suggested that it's all my fault for using an app which strips out the EXIF data while posting it to flickr. This is nonsense as all my dslr photos posted to flickr did contain this data. It also does not explain why so many photos posted years ago have suddenly lost their EXIF data.

NEW UPDATE: Flickr staffer Matthew Almon Roth says a fix is deploying.

Let's see what happens.
