World Famous

            People come from all around the world to stand at the base, or climb to the top of this waterfall. There are two times a year when I enjoy shooting Multnomah, during the fall and when it freezes over in the winter. This particular day I was standing here with Zeb, completely soaking wet with an umbrella in one hand when I took this shot with the other. Zeb was next to me taking a shot with his pinhole. It was sitting on his tripod and water was running off of it in a sheet. At one point Zeb went to buy an umbrella also.. IT WAS POURING! and people would walk up and look at me..then at the pinhole..there face would change... then they would move on. We had one seriously bad ass breakfast in the lodge. I would almost drive down there just to have suck a yummy breakfast but if you live in Seattle you know I don't have to because we have Patty's Eggnest! Anyways, because I 1. bought an umbrella to get this shot and 2. got soaked like a wet dog....   Here it is!  Fall, Columbia River Gorge style. :)

A Greasemonkey script that adds Flickriver links to various Flickr photo pages - user photos, favorites, pools etc, allowing to quickly open the corresponding Flickriver view.

Also, allows quickly viewing any Flickr photo on black background in large size.
