Defender with wrap-around glazing - a photo on Flickriver

            There's been a steady series of fairly blinged up Defenders the past few years as they near the end of the line.  Perhaps too late, LandRover caught on to what Mercedes had successfully been doing with the G-Wagen for some years now.

The flash paint, big wheels and different lights and trim I'm fairly used to now.  However, this one caught my eye yesterday,  instead of the traditional Land Rover window arrangement - e.g. hole cut in body, rubber seal and glass inserted it had appled glass between C and D pillars and across the back.  Looked quite good. as you can see, has a nice reflection on it too.

Doesn't hide the fact that LR's are not great vehicle for long journeys on flat roads - pretty uncomfortable in my experience.
