Comet Panstarrs and Neptune 20May16 small no inset

            Here's Comet C/2013 X1 (Panstarrs) near the planet Neptune this morning (20 May 2016). Both are currently in the constellation Aquarius. This was taken in the small window of opportunity between Moonset and the start of astrinomical twilight, from light-polluted Brisbane.
The image was made by stacking 30 x 1.3 sec exposures using a tripod-mounted Canon 6D and 70-200mm telephoto lens at f/4 and 12800 iso.
