The Varsity doesn't open until 10 AM so there was no one around. The place is usually packed during the day and late into the night. It was very different to see it quiet.

The Varsity lays claim to the title of: "The World's Largest Drive-in Restaurant". Located on North Avenue across the highway from the Georgia Tech campus, the restaurant was established in 1928. From it's original 70' X 120' lot, the Varsity has grown to two-story site of more than two acres which can accommodate 600 cars and over 800 people inside. On days when the Georgia Tech Yellowjackets are playing a home game, over 30,000 people visit The Varsity.
