Flying with Leonardo - a photo on Flickriver

Leonardo da Vinci's flying man, seen buzzing the Tech museum in San Jose. Part of the Leonardo: 500 Years Into the Future show, supposedly the only showing in the US. The show comes from the Institute and Museum of the History of Science in Florence, Italy. Read more about it here and here.

There were 200 or so displays showing reconstructions and mock ups of many Leonardo drawings of various mechanical contraptions. Low light and no flash photography allowed! They did not have Leonardo's helicopter built, but still a neat show.
