First flowers of Ms. Plummer's Baccharis aka Smooth Baccharis (Baccharis plummerae, Asteraceae)

These are the first new flowers I've found this year of Ms. Plummer's Baccharis aka Smooth Baccharis (Baccharis plummerae) in the Asteraceae plant family. The flowers look a lot like their cousin Coyote Bush (B. pilularis), but the foliage is quite different. Like its cousin, these shrubs are "dioecious" with separate male and female plants. This plant is male. It's not very exciting, but this shrub is pretty much endemic here, with a few outliers. It seems quite common in our mountains and deserves a photo.
