Hallo,

heute am Hauptbahnhof fiel mir dieser ältere Herr sofort auf. Er war gerade dabei, mit einem Koffer und Gehstock in jeder Hand, das richtige Gleis zu finden. Ich sprach ihn an und fragte ob ich ihm helfen könnte. Er bedankte sich für die Hilfe und nahm diese an. Er suchte das Gleis mit dem Zug, der um 13:27 Uhr losfahren sollte. Ich schaute auf die Uhr und stellte fest, das er nur noch drei Minuten hat. Schnell suchte ich auf dem Plan das richtige Gleis, da kam schon die Durchsage, das der Zug auf Gleis 14 a/b Abfahrt 13:27 Uhr, 10 Minuten Verspätung hat. Glück für mich, denn jetzt konnte ich ihn nach einem Foto zu fragen. Er willigte sofort ein, schaute aber trotz meiner Hilfe etwas grimmig - was mich aber nicht störte.

Ich trug ihm noch den Koffer zum Gleis und wünschte eine angenehme Fahrt. Mit einem lächeln bedankte er sich und setzte sich auf die Bank.
