British Summer Time at Porty 03 - a photo on Flickriver

            Another shot along where the sea wall and promenade above it curve around, waves smashing into it then arcing upwards to splash over the promenade (and the people!). In this one you can see the tiny fragment left of Nobles Amusements, with a digger and construction work in front - this was an amusement arcade for years and years and those of you of a certain age may recall next to it used to be a small fairground for kids, which is long, long gone. Now the amusement arcade too is gone bar couple of bits of wall (for some reason not removed yet) while building work is advancing on the site for a new construction, think it is mostly apartments, they will certainly have a heck of a sea view when built.
