Jolly jumpers (In Explore 23-06-2022)

            6 weeks in the north of the Netherlands was not a punishment. And choosing from 2000 photos is sometimes difficult, but not in this case. The photo below was in the Fochteloërveen, and I will not soon forget it. 6 wild horses running towards me through a waterway, I felt a bit uncomfortable looking through my viewfinder, but if you want a nice picture you have to be bruised.

It was a beautiful sight, 6 horses galloping through the water for fun, and when they were through it, they reminisced about it like little children, with one of them rolling on his back in the sand for a while. (and they just left me alone..)
