Hello there - a photo on Flickriver

Hello there

            A curious little bee from enjoying the droplets on my flowers. Perhaps extra tasty! 

The best with macro photograhy in the Summer and Spring are all the buzzing and non buzzing insects . The most fascinating is to actually catch them up close, being still or in flight. Every season I push myself to get closer and get that perfect shot with extraordinary close up details. It's not that easy though. My hands start shaking after  awhile and the light cannot be too strong which means timing is essential.

I was happy with this little on though. The face has fantastic small parts that are visible and well focused.
