Sunrise on Loch Morlich - a photo on Flickriver

            This is the first of my holiday snaps from a week long family holiday last week. I nipped out to do a bit of landscape when I could although the weather and light where fairly lacklustre all week. This was prob about the best sunrise I got on my 3 trips out early before the rest of the family got up for the days activities. It was great just to be out with the camera.

I really need more practice at landscape especially the use of the polariser and the 6 and 10 stop. 

Filters for this image where the polariser to cut the reflections down on the water and a 0.6 Grad. Any one any tips of loosening a lee 105mm polariser... I find mine when screwed into the holder very difficult to remove but more of an issue is even to turn it in its housing to achieve the polarising effect it is very stiff. I thought of oiling it? But I didn't want to mess up the filter either.
