Trail Run On the Alpine Garden Trail, NH with Ryan

            Took such an awesome run with my roommate Ryan today. The landscape was incredible, the company was fun, and we were able to pull off a 10.7 mile loop with 4,200 feet of elevation gain, in 3 hours and 45 minutes! We were both feeling great, and excited for some upcoming trail races!

It has been pretty incredible to witness the expanse of rare alpine plants here in the white mountains, and the incredible network of trails that are well marked, and maintained to protect these incredible flora. Always remember traveling through these places, to tread lightly, and avoid trampling the vegetation, and always stay on designated trails. Thanks to all who protect this beatiful environment!
